Meggy (Retired SF Social Worker for the City of San Francisco) lead our class today and covered a lot of material regarding emotional health. We hope to bring her back again soon. There is so much to cover in a short amount of time.

We are blessed to have Meggy share stories and ways to help us and our community to understand, recognize and respond to family/friends emotional and mental health needs;
