Pastor Sebastian asks The Gathering questions regarding our discipleship as a member of FCBC:  Our Church theme for 2019 is inspired by a message from Matthew 28:16-20  The Great Commission NLV 16  Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go.   17  When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. 18  Then Jesus came to them and said,  “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.   19  Therefore go and make disciples of all nations,  baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,   20  and teaching  them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you  always, to the very end of the age.” What are the top 3 areas can we as individuals improve on as a church? Group 1: We have a tenancy to talk with people who we are comfortable with and may not speak openly to someone we don't know very well. We need to improve and talk to all and not be exclusive.

Jonathan Ng leads us in a discussion about "How Does God Speak?" How does God speak to you? Do you always hear him? Is it ever a struggle to hear God?...The relationship with Christ and with others requires a dialogue. It's a two way conversation. Back in the day before caller ID, you would answer the phone and recognize who may be calling you. The same goes for God. The stronger the relationship, the better you can hear what God is saying. John 14:26  "but the advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you." He speaks through the Bible, Prayer, circumstances and the Church; The Holy Spirit helps communicate the truth of what God is saying to us.  Circumstance, it's God's way of communicating to us, but you need to notice the circumstance. "What is your will for me" vs "what is your plan for me"  "Who or
